Alexandria Bondy
Alexandria Bondy is an associate at Hofstein Weiner & Meyer, P.C., where she concentrates her practice in the area of family law including: divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution. Alex represents clients and litigates in the five-county Philadelphia area.
Prior to joining Hofstein Weiner & Meyer, P.C., Alex completed a clerkship with the Honorable Viktoria Kristiansson of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. During her clerkship, she gained extensive experience in family law, specifically the complex issues related to child custody and domestic violence.
Alex previously served as a summer associate in the litigation department at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Frederick P. Stamp of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
Alex earned her J.D. and a certificate in Trial Advocacy & Litigation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, she provided legal representation as a certified legal intern at the Temple Legal Aid Office and at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. In addition, Alex completed an internship with the Education Law Center, and worked as a research assistant for Dean Rachel Rebouche, whose academic scholarship focuses on family law and reproductive health access.
Before Alex attended law school, she spent six years working for a national non-profit organization that trained sports coaches to be mentors for at-risk youth in urban areas. She continues this work by coaching girls’ volleyball in the Philadelphia area.
Alex earned a B.A. in History and English from the University of Michigan, where she played on the women’s club volleyball team and worked for the student newspaper.
